Who is responsible
the individual who operates this site, based in Georgia is responsible for the data described here. Contact: the contact page.
This website
No accounts, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no requests to third-party hosts: fonts and scripts are served from the site itself. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, in local storage under the key tc-theme; it never leaves your device. The hosting provider that serves the site may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and requested page; we do not use them for anything else.
The program
The scan does not use the network and does not send your files, findings or repository names anywhere. Activating a license checks it on your machine. The one command that uses the network is license refresh, which you run yourself: it sends your license token to the licensing service and receives the renewed token. The token holds the license id, a customer reference (the payment provider’s customer id, or the invoice reference for a bank-transfer client), the plan, the developer limit, the features and the dates. Like any web request it also reveals your IP address to the service and to Cloudflare, which runs it; we do not store it. The command sends nothing from your repositories, and the program never contacts the service on its own.
The licensing service
When a payment succeeds or renews, the payment provider notifies the licensing service. It stores a license identifier, the provider’s customer and subscription identifiers, the plan, the dates and the status of the license. It does not store your name, your address or your card details. Your email address is used once, to send you the key, and is not stored by the licensing service. Records are kept while the license is active and for a limited period afterwards so we can answer billing questions. The service logs event identifiers and outcomes, never tokens, secrets or addresses.
Payments
Payments are taken on a hosted checkout page of a third-party payment provider, which collects your billing details under its own privacy policy and may be the seller of record. We do not see or store full card numbers.
If you write to us we keep the conversation so we can answer you and support your license.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the contact page. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
